Shipping policy

All ready-to-wear wigs, hair care products, and accessories will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM PST. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipping date; however, courier delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which we are not responsible for.

We offer Route, a shipping insurance service that covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. This optional service ensures a hassle-free replacement process if any issues arise with your order.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tracking information will be sent once the shipping label is created. Please monitor your tracking status for updates.

PRE- SALE/ORDER 

• Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your wig to be constructed, colored and styled before shipping.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. In shop pick up is available and can be chosen at check out.

• Final Sale: All pre-order wigs are final sale. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed.
