At Tressed Extensions & Wigs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges—no exceptions. Please verify your order for accuracy before completing your purchase.

We do require proof of payment method used and a valid, unexpired ID for all online orders. The name on the payment method must match both the ID and the order. This information is used solely to prevent fraud as well as fraudulent disputes. Orders that fail to pass verification will be canceled. 

Fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If the company incurs a monetary or product loss due to fraud, we will use and provide the address given on the order to make contact, which may involve legal action. We actively pursue all dishonest activity and will not hesitate to take court action against offenders. By purchasing from this site you agree to these terms.
